Sprirulina ~ THE super food!


Spirulina... another of natures wonders

I keep it in powder form to add to smoothies and any type of 'bars' I may make... even the date coconut roll... it turns it green, but then everyone here likes 'green' food! LOL
actually they do think it is pretty neat to eat 'colored' food :D
