‎1. Went drug/vax free 2. Lots of good probiotics 3. Found an awesome Naturopathic Doctor Our family is the healthiest we have ever been!!! All health problems virtually disappeared! I have to add juicer to that list. I have been able to incorporate so many healthy fruits and veggies into my familiy's diet that I wouldn't have dreamt of before. I am a little more adventurous with my personal juice and love throwing everything but the kitchen sink in!!!!

first I went vegetarian, then I eliminated microwaves and msg, then I went med free (except for nexium atm), and we've decided to go vax free, and we are still switching everything in our home over to organic, and I'm preparing to go dairyfree, then going to try gluten free too. My pain decreased significantlyafter eliminating microwaves and msg, and not getting any more vax boosters or taking any drugs has really improved my asthma and allergies. Oh and going to start oil pulling as soon as my nausea is gone after having the baby. I'm sure we are going to have lots of great results to report soon!

Our "Pro-health" way of living has led us to a NO VAX, NO TOXINS life. This means picking organic foods when possible, water kefir, vitamin D drops or time in sun, natural home remedies to address illness, No antibiotics or tylenol and so on. Natural products with no chemicals, and just an all over different approach to sickness as in...symptoms are the cure...not the illness and to let the body do its job. :) OUTCOME= A healthy, happy, strong family not ran by fear but by a focus on health and wellbeing. :)

Well for the most recent top 3 it would be:
1.) switching from pasterized milk too raw milk. And drinking less of it.
2.) The whole family's diet switching to gluten free/grain free (Paleo or primal)
      3.) The use of
the mighty coconut! ( coconut oil, coconut flour, dried shredded coconut and coconut milk for cooking)

We are all so much healthier have gotten rid of ADD, IBS, a chrones disease diagnosis, Eczema, asthma, and have improved memory functions, more energy and better immune systems!

We have been a vaccine free for 9 years now. About that time we started to "change". Home birth, breastfeeding, cloth diapering, reducing the chemicals and toxins in the home, then We started with the feingold diet -no artificial colors flavors or preservatives. I did it in home fermented probiotics, Then started switching over to mostly all organic products and foods, then eventually have cut out all processed foods or packaged items, organic or otherwise. Excetera excetera......and that brings me back to the top 3 we have most recently done.

    • Jelynda  ‎Artemie  what about lemon juice or peroxide for your hair? combined with some good old sunshine, as long as you keep up with it, it should work, i think....

    • Penelope Right now (for a few more days at least) it has just been me and hubby. Our big changes are eating whole foods (not the store LOL), changing our cleaning supplies to all natural stuff, and exercising naturally by taking walks and doing yardwork by hand (it's hard stuff..and it includes shoveling our drive by hand while the neighbors spew chemicals into the air with their snoblowers.)

    • Chloe  No vaccine family, and cloth diapers and washable wipes were what encouraged me to think about the environment and the impact that industry has on it. From there, I have gone on to a reduction of synthetic chemicals in just about everything else (body care, food, etc.). For me, vaccines and diapers were what REALLY got me thinking about other ways I can change my life and my family's life.

    • Kristen  No more vaccines, Juice Plus+ for the entire family, and no more traditional medicines. We also do not eat much animal protein and have a pretty toxin free home.
      31 minutes ago ·  ·  1 person

    • Phuong  it's tough to choose 3 things, but here goes: 1) holistic healing - homeopathy, vitamins, no-vax, letting fevers run, etc. 2) real foods - raw milk, pastured meats and dairy, saturated fats 3) water filtration system for drinking/cooking and whole house
